The location of the hotel was fantastic, with markets and restaurants just a short walk away. The pool was a great addition and provided the perfect place to relax and cool off. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing a laundry service at a reasonable price. They even went the extra mile to help with mail and taught us some Vietnamese. it was a great experience.

The photos online were quite deceptive and the property was in need of some maintenance. The garden and pool area looked tired and there were not enough pool furniture to accommodate all the guests.

The location, just a short walk over the bridge to the old town, was perfect and allowed for easy exploration. Highly recommend this friendly and charming hotel.

One of the best things about this hotel was the friendly and helpful staff. They always made sure we had everything we needed and even provided free bicycles for us to use.

The bathroom was smelly and dirty, which was a major turn-off. the limited breakfast selection was also disappointing, as we were only allowed to choose two items.
